Working on-site in Raunheim from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5 pm.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.

Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.

Manage Active Directory tasks.

Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
What will you bring to ESP?
-
1-3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues. As a Level 1 engineer, you will resolve issues while adhering to hardware warranty and customer security compliance standards
- Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.

Native German speakers and a minimum of B2 level of English

Good command of Windows O/S

Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience

Wireless networking knowledge

Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations

Experience with Active Directory

Advantage: Basic knowledge of LAN-WAN setups and concepts

Salary : € 54,367 gross per year, depending on your technical skills, which will be evaluated through a technical assessment. This is a 12 month contract with possibility of renewal.
