Ship production-ready systems in days, not weeks. This is NOT a normal frontend role.
We are looking for a high-speed frontend systems operator who can:
- work under ambiguity
- simplify complexity
- make product decisions independently
- move fast without overengineering
- wait for perfect specs before starting
- overengineer simple systems
- think only in components, not systems
- optimize architecture before product validation
- need handholding for product decisions
- take incomplete Figma/product direction
- ship production-ready systems very fast
- prioritize business impact over architectural beauty
- simplify systems under pressure
- explain painful production mistakes honestly
You should understand:
- what breaks at scale
- realtime/async frontend flows
- performance bottlenecks
- scalability tradeoffs
- what NOT to build under deadlines
Next.js • React • TypeScript • Tailwind
Strong plus:
- Zustand
- SSR/ISR
- WebSockets
- realtime systems
- monorepos
- performance optimization
You already use:
- Claude
- Cursor
- Copilot
- AI workflows
Not occasionally.
Operationally.
We value engineers who use AI to:
- remove boilerplate
- accelerate delivery
- improve debugging and workflows
- 2–3 days from design to live
- fast iteration without unnecessary complexity
- shipping critical paths first
- honest escalation when something blocks delivery
If an edge case turns a 2-day task into a 5-day task:
we expect immediate escalation with facts — not silence.
- startup/founding engineer experience
- frontend + systems overlap
- backend awareness
- strong product ownership
- high autonomy
You make the company:
- faster
- simpler
- more scalable
- less blocked by ambiguity
Not:
“more architecturally beautiful.”
- portfolio/live projects
- GitHub
- fastest project shipped
- exact timeline
- what you intentionally cut to move faster
- one painful production lesson you learned
Remote.
High ownership.
Fast-moving environment.
