Job Description:
Die Greif Packaging Germany GmbH ist die deutsche Tochtergesellschaft der Greif Inc. in Ohio/USA, dem weltweit führenden Hersteller von Industrieverpackungen. 13.000 Mitarbeitende an mehr als 240 Standorten rund um den Globus leisten täglich ihren Beitrag zum Erfolg der Unternehmensgruppe. In Deutschland liegt der Schwerpunkt der Geschäftstätigkeit auf Produktion, Vertrieb und Rekonditionierung von Verpackungssystemen aus Stahl und Kunststoff. Am Standort in Köln Lövenich mit ca. 35 Mitarbeitenden werden Stahlfässer hergestellt.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Einrichten und Umrüsten der Extrusionsblasmaschine für die Fertigung von Kunststoffblasen (Inlay für Stahlfässer)
- Verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Produktionsablauf
- Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der Qualitätsvorgaben und Prozessparameter sowie Überprüfung und Durchführung der täglich anfallenden Produktionsaufgaben
- vorbeugende Instandhaltung
- Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen, Anlagen und Werkzeuge sowie Umsetzung der dazugehörigen Dokumentation
- Umsetzung von Reparaturmaßnahmen an den Anlagen
- Zusammenarbeit mit allen Produktionsabteilungen sowie dem Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement
- Unterstützung der Produktionsmitarbeiter zur korrekten Bedienung der Anlagen
- Übernahme von übergeordneten innerbetrieblichen Aufgaben, wie z.B. Brandschutzhelfer
Das zeichnet dich aus:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) Kunststoff und Kautschuktechnik
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einschlägigen Kunststoffmaschinensteuerungen
- Kenntnisse von hydraulischen und pneumatischen Systemen sowie erste Anwendererfahrung mit Extrusions-Blasmaschinen vorteilhaft
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamplayer und Kommunikationsstärke
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
