Key Responsibilities
▪ Collaborate with sales, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth trade processing and issue resolution
▪ Train and support customers on processes to reduce future support inquiries
▪ Collect open receivables promptly to support efficient cash flow
▪ Monitor, track, and report open trades requiring wire instructions; escalate suspected non-settlements
▪ Maintain accurate customer data in CRM (Salesforce) and document all interactions
▪ Handle minor complaints independently; escalate major complaints to the complaints department or management
▪ Ensure compliance with GDPR, CASS, and internal regulations; act as central contact for compliance inquiries

Must-Haves:
▪ Native German & C1 English proficiency
▪ Strong computer skills with excellent Excel, Outlook, and broader Microsoft Office usage
▪ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
▪ Openness to change and continuous learning

▪ Flexible, committed, comfortable with direct customer contact, able to communicate effectively internally
Experience & Education
▪ Experience: 1+ years in client support or similar customer-facing role
▪ Education: No academic degree required
▪ Specific Tools/Technologies: Excel, Outlook, other MS applications, Salesforce/CRM
Compensation
▪ Base Salary Range: €45,000 – €50,000
▪ Variable/Bonus: €12,000 annually (paid €1,000 monthly, tied to sales team commercial targets)
Contract Details
▪ Contract Type: permanent
▪ Working Hours: Full-time (32h/80% option not available)
▪ Vacation Days: 25
▪ Probation Period: 6 months
