Für eine herzliche, wertschätzende Familie mit drei Kindern suchen wir ab frühestens September 2026 eine erfahrene und engagierte Nanny mit Säuglingserfahrung, die die Familie langfristig im Alltag begleitet. Beide Eltern sind berufstätig. In den ersten Monaten nach der Geburt wird die Mutter überwiegend zu Hause sein. Die Position entwickelt sich mit den Bedürfnissen der Familie insbesondere dann, wenn das Baby größer wird. Der Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt je nach Tagesablauf und Entwicklungsphase der Kinder entweder auf der Betreuung des Säuglings oder auf der Begleitung der beiden älteren Geschwister. Die Kernarbeitszeiten sind im Wechsel mal vormittags mal nachmittags. Bei Bedarf kann die Familie eine Wohnung zur Verfügung stellen.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:
Liebevolle und altersgerechte Betreuung des im März 2026 geborenen Babys
Betreuung und Begleitung der beiden Schulkinder (Junge, 8 Jahre, Mädchen, 6 Jahre)
Abholen und Begleiten zu Freizeit- und Sportaktivitäten
Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen und altersgerechten Nachmittag
Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten für die Kinder (Freude am Kochen ist willkommen, jedoch keine Voraussetzung)
Sämtliche kinderbezogenen Tätigkeiten nach Absprache
Eine erfahrene Haushaltshilfe unterstützt die Familie bereits mit 25 Wochenstunden. Allgemeine Haushaltstätigkeiten gehören daher nicht zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich. Sie sind eine herzliche, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Umgangsformen und einem liebevollen Blick für die Bedürfnisse von Kindern unterschiedlichen Alters.
Idealerweise verfügen Sie über:
Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Säuglingen

Die Motivation, eine Familie über mehrere Jahre zu begleiten
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Führerschein der Klasse B sowie sichere Fahrpraxis
Deutsch als Muttersprache; Französisch als zusätzliche Muttersprache oder auf muttersprachlichem Niveau ist willkommen
