- Edit and post-produce video content across the full production pipeline, from offline editorial through to online finishing and platform delivery

Own the creative editorial process, building narratives from raw footage, shaping story structure, pacing, and rhythm

Produce social-first video content at pace, editing quickly and independently for fast-turnaround formats without always requiring a full post-production setup

Work in professional editing environments (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent) and confidently present edits to brand stakeholders and internal teams

Operate cameras on set, capturing both stills and video, and contribute to productions as a hybrid creative and technical resource

Support productions with solid on-set technical knowledge of camera systems, lighting setups, audio equipment, and lenses

Conceptualize and produce motion graphics, animations, and branded visual assets for digital, social, and e-commerce channels

Actively integrate AI tools into the editing and production workflow: from AI-assisted editing and audio cleanup to generative visuals, and bring that knowledge back to the team
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Film, Media, Video Production, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video editing or content production at a comparable level; agency, production company, or in-house creative team experience in an FMCG, beauty, or retail context preferred

Advanced proficiency in professional video editing and post-production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related Creative Suite applications), with the ability to manage projects from offline edit through final delivery

Strong visual storytelling skills, combined with hands-on experience in camera operation, production equipment, and the creation of social-first content in fast-paced environments

Excellent English communication skills; German is a strong plus
