We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Inside Account Manager for our Enterprise Accounts in the region North (Essen). This position proactively works with the decision makers at our clients, business partners and internal stakeholders to provide support of sales opportunities and ensures the appropriate portfolio of Lenovo products, services and software is architected to solve our client’s business problems.
This role is open either for our Essen or Stuttgart office.
What You'll Do:

Take full ownership of a defined portfolio of Enterprise customers, managing relationships and driving business growth end-to-end.

Act as an entrepreneur by steering and developing your assigned customers within your team territory setup via proactively identifying opportunities and ensuring sustainable account growth.

Act as the primary point of contact, providing consultative support across product selection, solution design, and commercial structuring.

Shape customer-specific configurations and “basket building” with a high degree of autonomy, balancing technical and commercial considerations.

Drive pipeline development, opportunity management, and forecast accuracy with consistent reporting discipline.

Proactively engage customers via phone, email, and digital channels to ensure strong relationships and an excellent customer experience.

Collaborate within a small, focused team managing the same customer set, while aligning with field sales colleagues where needed.
What We Look For:

Fluent German and advanced English language skills.

Analytical skills and willingness to handle complex administrative and configuration tasks.

Ability to learn and use multiple internal tools and develop solid knowledge of Lenovo’s products and services.

Previous experience in a technology field or IT Industry is preferred; as well as proven successful sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory at that stage.
