About the Role
Altrad-DZ GmbH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Industrial Coordinator to support industrial operations, project execution, and cross-functional coordination activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient workflow management, compliance with safety standards, and effective communication between operational teams, suppliers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily industrial and operational activities across multiple departments and project sites.
- Support planning, scheduling, and monitoring of industrial projects to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with engineering, procurement, logistics, and site teams to maintain operational efficiency.
- Track project progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in resource allocation, workforce coordination, and material availability.
- Manage communication with contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Identify operational risks and propose process improvement initiatives.
- Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance procedures.
- Maintain records of industrial activities, KPIs, and project milestones.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in industrial coordination, operations, or project support roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project coordination tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and operational procedures is an advantage.
- Fluency in English required; German language skills are a plus.
