We are looking for a Product Application Specialist for an immediate start to reinforce our Sales department in Germany. Reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for North Germany (including among other areas Hamburg, Bremen, Kassel, Leipzig, Hannover, Magdebourg and Göttingen…). This is a permanent full-time position located in Germany, home based.
As Product Application Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and embedding clinical training and education, in order to develop clinical knowledge and confidence of healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) on our wound care solutions to increase their adoption and their use in the region.
The role involves regular business travel within the region to organise training sessions and carry out site visits.
Your responsibilities:
Deliver product training, hands-on education and in-field guidance to homecare and outpatient providers, to drive expertise and achieve a best in class service to our customers
Provide digital, online and face to face training in both group and individual settings
Create educational materials that comply with quality and regulatory healthcare standards and that support implementation and correct product use
Act as clinical expert in the region for application-related questions
Partner with the sales team on positioning, upselling and account development to meet the set objectives
Collaborate with the Medical team across the region to build the knowledge and trust needed to promote clinical excellence, encourage wider adoption of Flen Health products
Develop KOL engagement to support the development and delivery of education materials for HCP’s
Thanks to your excellent knowledge of the leading wound care stakeholders in the region, identify opportunities within existing customers
Share customer insights with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Clinical, RA/QA, R&D)
Your qualifications & experience:
Paramedical or Nurse degree or equivalent based on relevant experience
Demonstrate experience on a similar position in the medical or pharmaceutical sector in the region
Up-to-date clinical knowledge, particularly in the fields of wound care, skin care or tissue viability
Experienced in producing and delivering training programs to HCPs, including face to face in classroom and virtual classroom training
Prior commercial background would be an advantage
Familiar with Learning Management Systems and Salesforce is an asset
Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to influence others
Commercial mindset with strong business acumen and growth focus
You are a native German speaker with a good level of English
Valid driver’s license required and flexible to travel
