Für unseren Neukunden sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem versierten SAP S/4 HANA Transformation Consultant (m/w/d) für den langfristigen Projekteinsatz.

Tasks:
- Leading the preliminary study: Recording and documentation of the existing SAP CS processes (actual processes) as well as definition of the future design in S/4HANA Service (target processes).
- Conducting a gap analysis between SAP CS (SD-CS) and S/4HANA Service in the areas of service orders, contracts, warranties, in-house repair, and resource-related billing.
- Definition of the migration strategy: Analysis of configuration changes, scope of data migration, and impact on integrations (SD, PM, FI/CO, FSM).
- Conducting and moderating workshops with the customer's business and IT stakeholders to coordinate the requirements and approve the target design.
- Creation of functional specifications, configuration documentation and test cases.
- Coordination with adjacent module managers (PM, FSM, FI/CO) regarding the integration design.
- Support during the UAT and hypercare phases.
- Ensure compliance with the client's IT governance, security, and change management standards.
- Customer-centric role: Presenting findings, analysis, and recommendations to the client's senior stakeholders.
Experience / Seniority:
Experience: At least 8 years of SAP experience.
At least 3 complete project cycles in the area of SAP CS or S/4HANA service.
Required knowledge / skills:
Very good knowledge of SAP CS (SD-CS): service notifications, service orders, service contracts, warranties, and resource-related billing.
Experience with S/4HANA Service Management: configuration, process design and migration from SAP CS to S/4HANA Service.
Experience with gap analyses, fit-gap methodology, and creation of functional specifications and blueprints.
Integration skills in adjacent modules:
SD (Settlement)
PM (Work Orders)
FI/CO (Cost Settlement)
SAP FSM (Field Service Management / Deployment Planning)
Experience in leading preliminary studies and blueprints, as well as the ability to conduct workshops independently and present results to senior client representatives.
Experience in utilities or asset-intensive industries is a plus.
Knowledge of the energy environment is an advantage.
Language Requirements:
English: business fluent/professional knowledge (mandatory)
German: at least B2 level
Preferred certifications:
SAP Certified Application Associate – Service
SAP S/4HANA Service Certification (advantageous)
