HEXA GmbH is a growing international European supplier of automotive components (HQ in Singapore). We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator to support our daily commercial operations. This role is ideal for both experienced candidates and motivated newcomers who want to grow in a structured, international environment.
Your tasks
- Support daily sales operations and customer communication
- Prepare quotations and follow up on RFQs
- Work with ERP and CRM systems
- Track and update KPIs
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate sales data and documentation
- Develop new customer leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
Your profile
- Experience in sales or customer service is helpful, but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Sharp‑minded, outgoing personality with strong social and communication skills
- Comfortable with ERP/CRM or willing to learn quickly
- Good English skills
- Valid German work permit — essential
- Able to work on‑site in Steinbach (Taunus) and later Eschborn
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
