As Senior Director Product Management, you will lead the product and solutions portfolio across Exentec’s Cleanroom Dryroom, Media Supply, and Exhaust Abatement business lines. Positioned within the Acquisition organization, you will act as the product management authority across these areas and partner closely with business line leadership, Sales, Global Account Management, Operations, Procurement, Innovation, and Digital/Data functions.
In this senior leadership role, you will drive the evolution from predominantly project-specific solutions toward a more standardized, scalable, and commercially structured product and solutions portfolio. You will translate engineering capabilities into clearly defined offerings, robust roadmaps, repeatable configuration logic, and solutions that can be manufactured, delivered, and positioned consistently across markets.
A central part of the role is to strengthen Exentec’s differentiation through digital tools, data-driven product features, sensors, telemetry, predictive capabilities, and applied AI where these create relevant customer and business value. This role is suited for a senior product leader who combines technical understanding, commercial judgment, portfolio discipline, and the ability to align stakeholders across a global matrix organization.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
Leadthe product and solutions portfolio across Cleanroom Dryroom, Media Supply, and Exhaust Abatement, translating customer needs, market developments, and engineering capabilities into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
Drivethe evolution from project-specific solutions toward more standardized, scalable, and commercially structured offerings, while maintaining the flexibility required for complex customer environments.
Own product lifecycle management across the portfolio, including roadmap development, new product introduction, configuration management, portfolio governance, and product simplification.
Strengthen digital and AI-enabled differentiation by identifying where data, sensors, telemetry, predictive capabilities, digital twins, or AI-supported tools can create customer value and product advantage.
Partner closely with Sales, Global Account Management, Operations, Procurement, Innovation, Digital/Data, and business-line leadership to ensure a coherent product offering, commercial consistency, and scalable delivery.
Build and develop a global product management team, establishing the governance, capabilities, and ways of working required to manage the portfolio effectively across regions and business lines.
Show your expertise
You hold a relevant master’s degree; an MBA is an advantage. Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage.
You bring senior product management experience in technically complex industrial environments, ideally with exposure to semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, critical infrastructure, or adjacent markets.
You have successfully led complex product and solutions portfolios, including roadmap ownership, lifecycle management, standardization, and portfolio governance.
You combine technical understanding with commercial judgment and are able to translate customer needs, engineering capabilities, and market requirements into scalable offerings.
You understand how digital tools, data, sensors, telemetry, or applied AI can strengthen product differentiation and create value for customers and the business.
You are experienced in leading teams and influencing stakeholders across functions, regions, and business lines in an international matrix organization.
