As HR Generalist - Recruiting & Employee Services (m/f/d) at Sentronics Metrology (a Nova Company) in Mannheim, you will play a key role in supporting our local HR operations and contributing to a positive employee experience. You will provide professional HR support to employees and managers, coordinate HR administration and payroll-related processes, and support recruiting activities in close collaboration with local hiring managers and international HR stakeholders

Requirements:
- Strong educational background, such as a completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in Human Resources, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, extensive relevant experience in an HR and recruiting environment

Role Responsibilities:
- Providing professional HR support to employees and managers across a wide range of operational HR topics

Managing employee lifecycle documentation, including employment contracts, HR documents, certificates and reference letters

Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliant HR administration processes

Coordinating payroll-related input and preparing reliable HR data for payroll processing

Collaborating with international HR stakeholders, particularly colleagues at headquarters, to ensure smooth cross-border coordination

Supporting the continuous improvement of HR workflows, documentation standards and communication processes

Managing the recruiting process, from creating and publishing job postings to applicant management and interview coordination
