Automation & Control Engineer – Cutting & Grinding Discs Manufacturing
We are seeking an experienced Automation & Control Engineer specialized in industrial automation systems and manufacturing process control to join our team for the setup and operation of a cutting and grinding discs factory. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PLC systems, industrial automation, process control, electrical systems, sensors, HMI/SCADA systems, and production line automation related to abrasive products manufacturing.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain industrial automation systems.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC systems for production machinery.
- Develop and optimize automated production processes.
- Supervise automation systems for mixing systems, hydraulic presses, curing ovens, balancing machines, and packaging lines.
- Configure and maintain PLC controllers, HMI interfaces, and SCADA systems.
- Maintain motor control systems, VFDs, and industrial instrumentation.
- Improve production efficiency through automation solutions.
- Reduce machine downtime and process interruptions.
- Ensure automation systems comply with industrial safety standards.
- Prepare automation system documentation and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Automation Engineering, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial automation and manufacturing plants.
- Experience with automated production systems and industrial control systems.
- Experience in abrasive products manufacturing is preferred.
