Key Responsibilities:

Provide level 2 warranty support to the network
- Planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners.
- Create and hold online training sessions when necessary and support creation of e-learnings and or webinars and tutorial videos
- Work closely together with the quality department, level 2 technical support and the Area Service Managers
- Responsible to organize and execute warranty audits
- Perform warranty analysis based on historical data
- Perform dispersion analysis and management of the dealer network
- Work closely with the level 1 warranty claim management
- Responsible for pre-approval and goodwill assessment process
- Ad hoc activities and reporting
Qualifications:

Strong warranty management and auditing background
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
- Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must.
- High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
