- Create company templates, flyers and other digital/printed marketing materials
- Create and manage marketing campaigns (e.g. prepare texts and visuals) in multichannel environment (e.g. LinkedIn, emails, Intranet)
- Leading in the coordination and organization of events and fairs
- Maintain and improve our communication channels such as social media, corporate websites, email and event marketing
- Content management and further development of the corporate website
- Support with internal corporate communications and further development of the intranet
- Further development of the “Employer Branding"
- Bachelor or master’s degree in graphic design, marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 1+ years’ experience in graphic design and marketing
- Strong expertise in Adobe Graphic Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
- Strong expertise in creating promotional content (writing promo texts, creating graphics/illustrations)
- Strong interest in B2B marketing for high-tech industry, especially semiconductor industry
- Experience in coordination and organization of events and fairs
- Very Good written and oral communication skills in German and English
- Experience with the CMS system like WordPress is a plus
