About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Senior Clinic Partnership Manager who is excited about building and maintaining strong partnerships with clinics in a dynamic, international environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and managing our global clinic network, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and operational excellence. As the primary point of contact for clinic partners, you will oversee relationship management, performance monitoring, and adherence to service standards. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Germany and the U.S. to align clinic partnerships with business objectives and continuously enhance the member experience.
Partnership Development & Account Management
- Lead the development and execution of Progyny’s global clinic partnership strategy.
- Proactively identify, acquire, and cultivate strategic clinic partnerships to strengthen our member offering and expand our footprint in key markets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinic partners, building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with clinic leadership.
- Drive partner engagement through regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance, translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
- Regularly report performance results and strategic insights to key internal stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize partnership strategies to drive sustainable growth, quality improvements, and value creation.
- Partner with clinics to enhance operational efficiency and improve the patient/member experience.
Compliance & Quality Oversight
- Ensure clinic partners consistently meet Progyny’s standards for clinical quality, compliance, and service delivery.
- Support alignment with global regulatory, privacy, and data protection requirements.
- Promote and share best practices across the clinic network to drive continuous improvement.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate performance data.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, femtech, clinic operations, or employer-sponsored benefits.
- Scientific, healthcare, or medical background.
- Experience managing international partnerships across multiple markets.
- Competitive Base Salary: From €65,000 - 75,000 a year
