Your central role
- Responsible for PMO activities for the Global HR Program with multiple countries in scope and over 150 program contributors
- Ensure integrated steering and delivery assurance for the international, group-wide implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, including a coherent master plan across workstreams, milestones and dependencies
- Ensure transparency and decision readiness for senior management through proactive risk and dependency management, early escalation of critical issues to the Program Leadership and preparation of decision documents
- Coordinate financial governance together with the Program Controller, including budget planning, financial tracking and business case transparencyCoordinate collaboration with the external system integrator and ensure delivery quality, milestone adherence and effective escalation management
- Act as the central coordination point across PMO, Program Controlling, Communication & Change and the functional workstreams to ensure integrated program governance, efficient collaboration across the Transformation Office and consistent execution
IHR PROFIL
Your profile
- Master’s degree in business, economics, HR, information systems or comparable field, with several years of experience in complex transformation programs in an international environment
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional and intercultural stakeholders within complex matrix organizationsStrong expertise in program governance, financial steering, risk/dependency management and executive-level reporting
- Strong conceptual understanding of HR processes and HR IT landscapes (ideally SAP SuccessFactors or comparable), with the ability to coordinateand critically challenge workstreams and external providers/system integrators
- Highly effective communicator with strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex program topics clearly to senior management and international stakeholders
- Business-fluent in German and English
