As an enthusiastic barista (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure an unforgettable coffee experience. Responsibilities
- Preparation and serving of coffee and espresso specialties as well as other beverages according to the highest quality standards
- Friendly advice and service to guests to meet their wishes in the best possible way
- Organization of the workspace to ensure smooth running during shifts
- Cash management and processing of payment processes in a transparent and reliable way
- Maintenance of the sales area, including cleanliness and attractive presentation of the products
- Assistance with inventory checks and reordering of goods
- Collaborate in training new team members to ensure a high quality of service
Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English, German skills for communication with international guests and in the team
- Experience in retail or gastronomy, ideally in the field of coffee or beverage sales
- Strong sales skills with enjoyment of dealing with customers
- Excellent organizational skills for efficient planning and coordination of workflows
- Willingness to actively participate and be flexible in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and a positive attitude
