Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Elektrotechniker (m/w/d) für die Gebäudetechnik, der unser technisches Team vor Ort verstärkt. In dieser Rolle sorgen Sie für den zuverlässigen Betrieb unserer Anlagen und tragen zur Einhaltung höchster Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards bei.
Ihre Aufgaben

Durchführung von geplanten und reaktiven Wartungsarbeiten

Sicherstellung der maximalen Verfügbarkeit von Anlagen durch effiziente Wartung und schnelle Fehlerbeseitigung

Wartung von technischen Anlagen und Versorgungssystemen
-
Lückenlose Dokumentation aller Arbeiten
-
Kleinere Installationsarbeiten und Reparaturen an elektrischen Anlagen
-
Technische Unterstützung bei Projekten und Inbetriebnahmen
-
Aktualisierung von Plänen und Dokumentation
-
Einhaltung aller Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
-
Arbeit nach Arbeitserlaubnisverfahren und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
-
Nutzung persönlicher Schutzausrüstung gemäß Vorgaben
-
Überwachung des Gebäudemanagementsystems (BEMS)
-
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Wartungsprozessen
-
Verwaltung und Anleitung von Subunternehmern
-
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Heizungs- oder Kältetechnik
-
Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung technischer Gebäudeausrüstung

Kenntnisse verschiedener Gebäudesysteme und -technik
-
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
