Was Sie erwartet
Als Compliance-Funktion verantworten wir u.a. die Überwachung von Handelsaktivitäten zur Verhinderung von Marktmanipulation und Insiderhandel. Hierzu betreiben wir spezialisierte Systeme zur Transaktions- und Handelsüberwachung im Kapitalmarktumfeld
Im Team der Kapitalmarkt-Compliance sind Sie verantwortlich für die fachliche und technische Betreuung unserer Marktüberwachungssoftware: eine Kombination aus Fachlichkeit, Technologie und regulatorischer Dynamik
Ansprechpartner für Fragen, Incidents und Fehleranalysen: Sie identifizieren, analysieren, priorisieren und dokumentieren Systemfehler und koordinieren deren Behebung mit internen Entwicklern sowie dem externen Softwareanbieter
Sie identifizieren Verbesserungspotenzial, steuern und begleiten die Parametrisierung sowie Weiterentwicklung von Überwachungsszenarien
Aktive Unterstützung der Kapitalmarkt-Compliance bei der Umsetzung von regulatorischen Anforderungen (z.B. in Bezug auf MiFID II, WpHG, MaComp, MAR/MAD) sowie im Rahmen von IT-Projekten
Begleiten von Prüfungen durch die Innen- und Außenrevision und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der IT sowie dem Handel
Bindeglied zwischen dem Fachbereich und der IT bei Schnittstellenanpassungen und Software-Releases
Was Sie mitbringen
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss angrenzender Fachgebiete
Mehrjährige Berufspraxis im Bankenumfeld, idealerweise in der Verhinderung von Marktmanipulation und Insiderhandel
Technisches Verständnis für komplexe IT-Systeme, Datenflüsse und Schnittstellen: Kenntnisse in SQL und Datenanalyse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Excel sind obligatorisch; Programmiersprachen (z.B. Python) sind von Vorteil
Bereits erste Erfahrungen im Softwaretesting und in der Erstellung von Testfällen und Datenmapping
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche sowie analytische Arbeitsweise, Freude am Umgang mit großen Datenmengen und Interesse an regulatorischen Themen
Fähigkeit, fachliche und technische Themen zu verbinden und verständlich zu kommunizieren
Grundverständnis von Handelsprodukten und Marktmechanismen (Aktien, Derivate, etc.)
Interesse an der Erstellung von Dashboards unter Anwendung von Tableau sowie der Digitalisierung der Compliance-Prozesse bspw. unter Anwendung von SharePoint sind von Vorteil
