Business Development Manager – EV Charging (m/f)
Remote (based in Europe)
The Role:
Specialized in maintenance services, DV GROUP supports its customers in maximizing the performance, availability, and long-term reliability of their electric vehicle charging networks.
As the European EV charging market continues to expand rapidly, we are strengthening our international team and are looking for a Business Development Manager – EV Charging to accelerate the development of strategic partnerships and support our international growth.
This role is aimed at a true business developer with the ability to identify new business opportunities, establish long-term strategic partnerships, and represent the company with key industry stakeholders across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the International Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include:

Define and implement the partnership development strategy across Europe.

Identify, prospect, and secure new strategic partners, including EV charging equipment manufacturers, Charge Point Operators (CPOs), and other key industry players.

Negotiate and formalize high-value partnership agreements.

Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts.

Represent DV GROUP at international trade fairs, industry events, and executive-level meetings.

Monitor developments in the European EV charging infrastructure market and identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate closely with technical, operational, and commercial teams to ensure the successful delivery of partnership projects.
Profile:
You are recognized for your ability to develop new markets, build long-lasting partnerships, and interact confidently with senior decision-makers.
Ideally, you have:

Proven experience in international business development.

A solid understanding of the European electric vehicle charging infrastructure ecosystem and its key stakeholders.

A good understanding of EV charging solutions integrated with renewable energy technologies, particularly photovoltaic (solar) systems, as well as the challenges related to self-consumption and energy optimization of charging infrastructures.
Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure maintenance would be considered a strong advantage.
