Junior Information Security Engineer (Cloud & Infrastructure) (all genders)
Join our Platform & Infrastructure Security team to help enhance and safeguard our global systems. In this role, you will contribute to security operations, vulnerability management, and governance initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to emerging technologies such as Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and network security frameworks. This position offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact in a collaborative environment.
Manage and prioritize operational security tasks and requests, ensuring clear and timely resolution.
Support vulnerability assessment processes and coordinate remediation efforts with technical teams.
Contribute to governance and security standards by maintaining policies and controls aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO, GDPR).
Assist in security reviews for projects, including risk assessment and improvement recommendations.
Collaborate on initiatives involving monitoring, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), cryptography updates, and network security governance.
Foundational knowledge of information security principles, network security, and operating system hardening.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate findings clearly.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and willingness to learn automation or scripting.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience .
At least one entry-level certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Azure AZ-900, AWS Cloud Practitioner); additional certifications are welcomed but not mandatory.
Preferred: Familiarity with vulnerability management, PKI, cryptography concepts, or network segmentation
