Applicants should demonstrate:
- A completed university degree in a relevant discipline
- A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) is required
- Proven teaching experience at the university level
- Relevant professional experience in the respective field
- A strong publication record or evidence of scholarly research activities in the relevant discipline
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills
- Experience in supervising and assessing student work
- Ability to deliver practic-oriented an engaging teachin
The course examines ethical challenges in contemporary business environments, with a particular focus on digital transformation. Topics include corporate social responsibility, sustainability, data privacy, artificial intelligence, algorithmic decision-making, platform economies, and ethical governance in digital organizations.
Teaching Load: 1-2 Contact Hours per Week
Ph.D. in English Studies, Applied Linguistics, Language Education, Communication Studies or a related field
University-level teaching experience in Academic English or Business English
Experience in international higher education environments
Publications and research activities in language studies, communication or language pedagogy
