We are seeking an innovative Backend Developer to join our SaaS solutions team, focusing on GIS applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for server-side web application logic as well as the integration with the front-end part. With our company’s strong focus on 3D modelling and GIS solutions, expertise in these areas will be highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Python development as well as with Django & Flask frameworks
- Experience with database technology such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server & MongoDB.
- Knowledge of handling APIs for 3D object manipulation and visualizing GIS data.
- Ability to develop and manage well-functioning databases with scalable architecture and applications that interact with data systems.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Background in GIS and Raster/Vector Calculations (Preferably)
- Background with handling 3D models/AR/VR (Preferably)
- Background in Handling geodata (Preferably)
- Design, build, and deploy scalable and powerful backend systems and APIs.
- Create robust, well-documented code with comprehensive tests to ensure proper data handling.
- Debug and develop solutions for errors and issues
- Work closely with Frontend Developers, Data Engineers, and other stakeholders to build the right tools and experiences for our customers.
- Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security measures and data protection protocols.
- Handle high traffic flow to ensure application performance and scalability.
