You take demos all day, morning to evening. Your SDR feeds you 8-10 qualified calls every day, and your job is to turn them into signed deals: first contact to close, the full cycle, owned by you.

What you’ll do
- Run demos all day, every day, morning to evening. This isn’t a side task next to the “real” job. This is the job.
- Convert the 8-10 daily enterprise calls your SDR delivers into closed business.
- Own the full cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, signature. The deal is yours from the first touch to the last.
What you bring
Non-negotiable, if you can’t tick these, this isn’t the right role:
- A multi-year track record (3+ years) of taking enterprise demo calls daily, day in, day out.
- Personally closed €2M+ in pipeline per year, consistently, over the last several years. Yours, not your team’s number.
- Consistent quota overachievement, not a one-off.
- Hands-on, scale-up mentality. You build the process when it’s missing instead of waiting for one.
- Fluent German and English, both at business level.
