We are seeking a Lead Designer VDC (m/f/d) to join our Space / Design Management team in Stuttgart. This role is integrated within the design and construction phases of our complex facilities, particularly within the life sciences and advanced technology sectors. The position contributes to enhancing collaboration and design quality through the application of BIM tools and digital workflows, with a strong focus on the development, structuring, and management of 3D models and coordination data in alignment with Space Management requirements.
