As Territory Sales Manager for North Germany, you play a key role in driving our continued growth. You will expand our market share by positioning Kongsberg as the preferred partner for digital cutting solutions across corrugated packaging, signage and display, flexible packaging, and related markets.
You will develop strong customer relationships, win new business, manage key accounts, and drive value-based sales across our full portfolio of systems and service solutions. Working closely with our German sales and service team, you will implement go-to-market strategies, identify new market opportunities, and provide valuable market intelligence that shapes future growth initiatives.

What makes you a great fit?
You are an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong track record in high-tech, digital printing, packaging, commercial solutions, or IT environments. You are confident in direct sales, skilled in both developing new business and growing existing accounts, and comfortable navigating complex negotiations and closing deals.
You bring a solid understanding of corrugated packaging and sign & display markets, broad knowledge of digital finishing solutions, and sound commercial and financial awareness. Structured in your sales approach, you actively use CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage your pipeline and opportunities.
Fluent in German and English, you are self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel extensively (50%+).
