Your role
As a Working Student for Business Analytics, you will help us better understand our customers, measure the success of our marketing activities, and identify opportunities for growth. Working closely with Marketing, Product Management, and the leadership team, you will transform data into actionable insights that shape business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, asking the right questions, and uncovering the stories behind the numbers.
Key responsibilities
Customer Analytics
· Analyze customer acquisition, retention, and churn
· Identify customer segments and behavioral patterns
· Support customer lifetime value (CLV) and cohort analyses
· Develop recommendations to improve customer acquisition and retention
· Monitor and report key customer KPIs
Marketing Analytics
· Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and acquisition channels
· Evaluate customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and funnel performance
· Support A/B testing and marketing experiments
· Identify growth opportunities based on data and customer behavior
Business Intelligence
· Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
· Create dashboards, reports, and management presentations
· Support business planning and forecasting with data-driven analyses
· Continuously improve data quality and reporting processes
Collaboration
· Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and the leadership team
· Present analytical findings in a clear and concise way
· Contribute to a data-driven culture by helping teams make informed decisions
What you bring:
Experience & Skills
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
· Strong analytical and quantitative thinking
· Curious, proactive, and eager to understand the business behind the data
· Ability to identify patterns and derive practical recommendations
· Structured and independent way of working
· Excellent Excel skills
· Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analyses in a simple way
· Fluent in English

Nice to Have
· Experience with SQL
· (Experience with Python (Pandas) or R)
