Job Opportunity – Senior Consultant IT Operations Management (m/f/d) ☁
Location: Remote, Germany (Headquarters in Aachen) – Offices in Aachen, Berlin, Dortmund, Dresden, Erlangen, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, and Stuttgart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing IT infrastructure and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
- Independently manage and deliver ITOM projects and sub-projects.
- Design future ITOM solution architectures aligned with client requirements.
- Support project implementation as a functional and/or technical ServiceNow consultant.
- Lead client workshops, training sessions, presentations, and stakeholder meetings in both German and English.
- Coach and mentor project team members throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to adapt solutions to evolving business needs.
- Support pre-sales and business development activities.
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT Operations Management, infrastructure, or related consulting roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience with IT infrastructure and application management.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure administration and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of IT service organizations.
- Experience with ITIL, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), or IT Service Management (ITSM) is a plus.
- Experience with CMDB and CSDM is desirable.
- Knowledge of monitoring solutions and ITOM concepts and processes is an advantage.
- JavaScript knowledge is considered a plus.
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is desirable.
- Fluent German (C1/C2) and very good written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
