Essential Duties and Responsibilities
GMP-compliant execution of technical plant projects at the Eschweiler site
Reading and preparation of technical drawings within projects
Management, monitoring, and documentation of the budget for assigned projects
Providing technical expertise for production facility projects, including the modification and/or upgrade of existing machines and equipment
Execution of machine acceptance tests (FAT), including safety acceptance at the supplier’s site
Preparation of risk assessments (FMEA), LoTo procedures, and general risk evaluations
Preparation of requirement specifications and participation in technical meetings with suppliers or global team colleagues
Approval of processes, machines, and procedures in accordance with the defined release procedures
Detailed scheduling for projects executed during summer or winter shutdown periods
Coordination of external contractors
Education
Completed degree or diploma in Engineering or a comparable qualification
Work Experience
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a technical field, ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Experience in project management and leading technical projects, including construction site coordination
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD, as well as experience with SAP and MasterControl
Initial experience in change control
Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Hands-on mentality, strong analytical thinking skills, and high willingness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Travel Requirements
10%: Up to 26 business days per year
