Senior Programmatic Manager (all genders)
Location: Frankfurt
Your Tasks:
- End to end Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across display, CTV, and audio platforms, tailored to multiple verticals and jurisdictions.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Oversee campaign budgets, provide accurate forecasting, and deliver insightful performance reports to senior leadership, ensuring data-driven decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams and business stakeholders to deliver compelling brand propositions through innovative programmatic channels.
- Private Marketplace Deals: Negotiate and manage private marketplace (PMP) deals, ensuring optimal supply partnerships and access to premium inventory
Your Profile:
Experience:
- at least 2 years of experience of working as programmatic specialist working with DSPs (DV360)
- Strong understanding of real-time bidding
- good communications skills in English (both written and oral)
Education:
- Completed university degree, preferably in Media Management, Economics, or IT
Tech-Savvy:
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data and KPI interpretation
Advantages:
- German language would be considered as advantage.
- Experienced with social media or / and search campaigns
- Experienced with analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics)
- Familiar with trends in Martech (Sandbox, Server Side Tracking, DCO etc.)
- Managing relationship with the clients,
- Strong presentation skills.
- Automotive experience or passion for cars would be a plus
