Worum geht es?
Du hilfst uns beim Schneiden und Verpacken von Matten (Kokosmatten, Fußmatten, Antirutschmatten und mehr). Die Matten werden von Dir zentimetergenau zugeschnitten und verpackt. Die Matten sind manchmal klein, manchmal groß und schwer. Du schneidest sie mit einem Cuttermesser oder mit einer Maschine.
Was erwarten wir?
- Bereitschaft, körperlich zu arbeiten (Matten können bis zu 50 kg wiegen)
- Zuverlässigkeit
- Ein bisschen Deutsch oder Englisch sprechen zu können
Was bieten wir?
- Einstiegsgehalt: 2650 EUR brutto, nach der Probezeit von 6 Monaten: 2800 EUR brutto
- leistungs- und erfolgsabhängiger Jahresbonus (2025: circa 3000 EUR)
- Keine Nachtschicht
- Unbefristete Stelle mit 6 Monaten Probezeit
- Arbeitszeit: 7:30 - 16:00 Uhr (30 min Mittagspause), Montag-Freitag
- Vollzeit-Stelle, 40 Stunden pro Woche
- 26 Tage Urlaub im Jahr
- Zentrale Lage in 68165 Mannheim

Wer ist RAFU?
RAFU ist eine E-Commerce-Firma für Matten aller Art mit Firmensitz in Mannheim. Bei uns findest Du Fußmatten, Antirutschmatten, Antiermüdungsmatten und vieles mehr. Viele Matten werden von uns präzise nach Maß zugeschnitten. Unser Ziel ist es, der größte Händler für Matten in Europa zu werden und dabei stets die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden im Blick zu haben. Wir sind aktuell 7 Personen, davon werden 4 mit dir im Team arbeiten.

What is the job about?
You will help us with cutting and packing mats (coconut mats, doormats, anti-slip mats, and more). You will cut the mats to precise measurements and pack them. The mats can be small, or large and heavy. You will use a utility knife or a machine to cut them.
What do we expect?
- Willingness to do physical work (mats can weigh up to 50 kg)

- Ability to speak a little German or English
What do we offer?
- Starting salary: 2650 EUR gross, after a 6-month probation period: 2800 EUR gross

- Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break), Monday to Friday

Many mats are cut to size with precision by us. Our goal is to become the largest mat retailer in Europe, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind. We currently are 7 people, with 4 of them working in your team.
