Build and own marketing at xREALM across two fronts — B2C, selling and scaling private game servers to players, and B2B, making xREALM the brand that leading studios in UGC and private game servers trust. From zero, hands-on, with the founders beside you.

We're entering our next phase of growth. The foundations are in place — a proven product, partnerships with leading studios, and a reputation studios and players trust. Now we’re looking for the person who knows how to leverage those advantages.
WHO WE ARE
xREALM (founded 2021, a lean team of ~10) is a premium platform for private, dedicated game servers built around persistent-world survival and multiplayer titles. We're bootstrapped by design — fast, resourceful, and allergic to waste — and backed by founders with 10+ years of games-industry experience. Our real moat is trust: we're the partner that leading studios in UGC and private game servers rely on, supporting their titles from early development through launch and long after.

Two engines:
- B2C — Grow the player business: sell and scale private game servers directly to players through world-class online marketing across the full funnel.
- B2B — Win the studios: position xREALM as the go-to infrastructure partner for dedicated-server, persistent-world games — from consulting and data early in development to white-label solutions and console integrations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A hands-on marketing leader who builds from zero. You won't inherit a large team — you'll architect the marketing function and execute it yourself. You report directly to the CEO and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders. You use AI tools to move faster and punch above your weight, and you can pull in in-house resources from other teams when you need them. Senior individual-contributor energy, with the ownership of a leader.
WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLE
- Own the full funnel across B2C and B2B — from strategy to execution.
- Build real differentiation: sharpen our USPs and carry them to players and studios alike.
- Grow revenue with limited resources — bootstrapped means every euro and every hour counts.
- Turn our studio relationships and community into a marketing moat competitors can't copy.
- Decide from data, not opinions.

- Strong online marketing — ideally a game-server or hosting background, at minimum solid e-commerce

- Webinars — educate partners and drive the pipeline
HOW YOU'LL WORK
Lean and fast. You'll do the work yourself before you delegate it, lean on AI to multiply your output, and tap in-house talent from other teams when a push needs more hands. Bootstrapped isn't a limitation here — it's the discipline that makes good marketers great. German is a nice-to-have; English is the working language.
