Your profile
- You want to protect people's privacy
- You like communicating with people and can do so in spoken and written language (confident in German & English)
- You can understand and explain technical issues well
- You have good analytical skills
- You enjoy independent work as well as teamwork
Your tasks
- Support for business and private customers via email (English & German)
- Maintain internal documentation on support cases
- Discuss desired features and reported bugs with the development team
- Retesting of reported bugs and releases
- Analysis of technical bugs together with our developers
