Your Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Motorbike Transmission & Saw Chain who is ready to take full ownership of two high-growth business verticals and drive results independently.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the motorcycle and/or garden & forestry industry who thrives on autonomy, enjoys being on the road, and knows how to turn prospects into loyal customers without being told where to look.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently develop and execute a key account strategy for OEM and aftermarket customers in the motorcycle transmission and saw chain / garden & forestry sectors across Europe
- Review, structure and optimise the CT motorcycle component product line and SKU portfolio — identify gaps, rationalise the range and align offerings to market demand
- Proactively identify potential clients, build relationships and convert prospects into active buyers, with full ownership of the sales cycle from first contact to purchase order
- Organise and attend trade fairs, exhibitions and customer visits autonomously — self-driven, without requiring direction or accompaniment
- Report on pipeline, account activity and market intelligence and contribute to annual planning and revenue target delivery for both the M/T and SC business units
Your Profile
- Proven experience in the garden tool, forestry or outdoor power equipment industry and/or serious hands-on experience in the motorcycle industry, ideally both
- Capable of reviewing product lines and SKU structures and making commercially sound portfolio recommendations
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented: you find routes to market and open doors independently
- High willingness and ability to travel across Europe, this is a core part of the role, not an occasional requirement
- Good English communication skills; German and/or additional European languages are a plus
- Comfortable working in a small, international team environment with short decision-making processes
