You provide technical leadership to all team members and support them in aligning their work with the team’s quality and performance expectations.

In your role, you take disciplinary responsibility for direct reports and guide their development in day-to-day collaboration.

Close coordination with the Global Practice Head is part of your work, ensuring alignment on priorities, decisions and overall direction.

You embed quality assurance measures in the internal IT platform so that rules can be applied consistently and monitored on a permanent basis.

Information exchange, coordination, calibration and harmonization within the team are actively driven by you, alongside the planning of internal audits, management reviews and cross-functional training activities.

You support structured problem solving in cases such as complaints, investigations or findings from external audits and contribute analyses and input for the further development of strategy, processes and tools.

Sound knowledge of international ESG standards and schemes, including decarbonization approaches, reporting services and applicable regulatory requirements at international level

Experience in ESG business as well as solid understanding of relevant accreditation and recognition procedures, including auditor competency requirements

Proven people leadership skills combined with intercultural competence and practical experience in an international business environment

Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills; good German language skills are an advantage

Proficiency in common digital workplace tools, especially MS Office applications, MS Teams and SharePoint

Ability to work effectively in a global setup, as the role can be performed from locations worldwide
