RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive customers.

Act as the main point of contact for customer needs, inquiries, and escalations.

Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within assigned accounts.

Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

Lead commercial discussions, including pricing, contracts, and business negotiations.

Monitor sales performance, forecast volumes, and provide regular business updates.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

Several years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Management within the automotive industry.

Proven track record of managing OEM customer accounts and driving commercial growth.

Strong understanding of automotive industry dynamics, customer requirements, and market trends.

Experience negotiating commercial agreements, contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.

Ability to develop strategic account plans and convert opportunities into business results.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Fluent English and German is required.

Willingness to travel as required.
