In deiner Werkstudententätigkeit im Bereich HR bekommst Du im Rahmen Deines Studiums einen vertiefenden Einblick in die systemgestützte Personalarbeit an unserem Standort in Laatzen.
In dieser Stelle wirst Du die folgenden Verantwortlichkeiten haben:
Unterstützung bei der Zeiterfassung
Erfassung von Daten im HCM-System
Fehlerbehebung im HCM-System
Ansprechpartner für Fragen aus der Belegschaft in Bezug auf Zeiterfassung und Abwesenheiten
Mitarbeit in Projekten, z.B. Digitalisierung von Personalakten, automatisierte Schichterfassung
Erstellen von Auswertungen und Reportings
Mit jedem Tag bei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, immer tiefer in die spannenden Themen des Personalbereichs einzutauchen und ständig neue Facetten zu entdecken.
Wer Du bist:
- Du bist selbstmotiviert und hast Teamspirit
- Du arbeitest gerne sorgfältig und genau
Du hast ein großes Interesse an Personalarbeit in den Bereichen Zeiterfassung, Datenerfassung, HR-Projekte und Reportings

Für diese Stelle brauchst Du:
- Angehendes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in den Bereichen BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Personalmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin
- Guter Umgang mit Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
