Job Description
1. Develop and implement EU Affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales/user growth in Germany/France/Netherlands
2. Recruitment of New Affiliates & Affiliate Relationships Management: Actively seek and onboard new affiliates and influencers to diversify and expand our network and reach. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, equipping them with the necessary tools and support for successful product promotion.
3. Establish and manage a high-performing Affiliate publishers, building and maintaining long-term partnerships with key partners.
4. Performance Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to optimize Affiliate marketing plans for improved ROI; Regularly monitor and evaluate the affiliate program's performance in terms of traffic and GMV growth, utilizing insights to refine and enhance strategies;
5. Coordinate cross-functional resources, working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Position Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or a related field, with more than 5 years of experience in Affiliate marketing.
2. Familiarity with the DE/FR/NL market and a track record of successfully implementing Affiliate marketing projects in the region.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills for effective partnership management.
4. Proficient in data analysis, using data to drive decisions and evaluate campaign performance.
5. Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
