Your Tasks:

You will work on complex adhesive bonding tasks from a variety of markets.
You will develop customer-specific solutions, including process integration.
You will provide technical advice to our demanding customers in Germany and abroad.
You will implement technologies in the manufacturing process of the respective customer in cooperation with sales and product management.
You will conduct feasibility studies and derive the necessary conclusions
You will be familiar with the current state of the art and continue to expand your technical expertise
In the future, you will take on personnel management within the team and be responsible for task allocation, including resource allocation

Your Skills:

Degree in engineering in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, or similar.
Several years of professional experience in project work and/or project management of technical products requiring explanation
Analytical and cross-departmental mindset as well as very good organisational skills
Enthusiasm for the engineering development of process solutions, initiative and ability to work in a team
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
