We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Specialist to support our regional sales team (FDE & RSM) and ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey from inquiry to order execution.
This role combines operational excellence with customer interaction and offers the opportunity to take ownership of processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day sales operations with accuracy and adherence to timelines

Serve as a key point of contact for customers on pre-order topics (RFQs, pricing, and availability)

Prepare and follow up on quotations in close collaboration with Sales and Business Development

Ensure smooth handling of internal processes, including CRM (Salesforce) updates, purchase requests, and order readiness

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support pipeline progression

Support sample and prototype requests through to handover to customer service

Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and ensure proper tracking of leads and opportunities

Proactively contribute to customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve processes and service quality

Collaborate with global stakeholders and participate in meetings as required

Support additional tasks within the scope of the role as needed
Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications

Strong numerical, IT, and organizational skills; experience with ERP/CRM systems

Excellent communication skills in English; German is a strong advantage

Structured, detail-oriented, and customer-focused working style

Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
Experience

2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales operations within a B2B environment (manufacturing/distribution preferred)
