Annapurna Durbar Kitchen is an authentic Indian and Nepalese restaurant in Amsterdam. We are known for our hospitality, fresh ingredients, and traditional dishes prepared according to original recipes.
To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for two independent working cook I.
Job Description
As an Independent working cook I, you are responsible for independently preparing dishes and monitoring quality in the kitchen. You work closely with the kitchen team and contribute to an efficient and professional working environment.
Duties
- ingredients are prepared independently
- application of basic cooking techniques
- provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods
- responsible for inventory and order management
- technically supervising assistant(s). Job Requirements
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
We offer
A competitive gross monthly salary of € 2,510 to € 3,050, depending on knowledge and experience
Periodic salary increases in accordance with the Hospitality CLA
