As Operations Manager, you'll keep the operations behind our screen network running smoothly. The role centers on the accuracy and integrity of our inventory data: monitoring it closely, investigating the numbers, and turning what the network tells us into clear, reliable reporting for the wider team. Alongside this, you'll help coordinate new screen rollouts, support our venue partners, and act as a key link between clients, sales, and tech.
Own the accuracy and integrity of our inventory data: screens, locations, venue types by keeping records clean and reliable as the network grows.
Investigate and fix data discrepancies before they cause problems downstream, and set simple data-quality standards the team can follow.
Run analytics on the network, build and maintain dashboards, and report KPIs to clients, sales, and tech.
Turn operational data into clear insights that help the business make decisions.
Coordinate screen rollouts at new and existing partner venues, end to end.
Oversee the device fleet: shipping, returns, and replacements, and keep deployment and asset records up to date.
Own the speed and quality of partner support, troubleshooting connectivity, playback, and device issues and escalating to tech when needed.
Collaborate closely with our international SaaS sales team.
2–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a data-focused support/logistics role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
An analytical mindset, with a genuine interest in working with data, identifying discrepancies, and communicating findings clearly.
Working knowledge of SQL and experience with a BI tools.
Fluent German and strong working-level English, with the confidence to handle partner calls and video calls in both.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
A hands-on, proactive attitude and the ambition to grow into a team-lead role.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and AI tools such as Claude.
Experience with a data warehouse (BigQuery, PostgreSQL), advanced SQL, or data-quality/data-ops practices, as well as experience in automation or low-code is a plus.
