Shift Leader / Supervisor Maintenance Cell (m/f/d) – Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg
We are looking for shift leaders to be deployed across all production maintenance operations in cell manufacturing. The disciplinary and technical leadership of employees, as well as ensuring the sustainable production of cell manufacturing, will define your day-to-day work.
What You'll Do-
You ensure equipment availability in accordance with requirements for safety, quality, time, cost, and morale

You organize preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal production performance

You take charge of organizing your employees and workforce planning

You are responsible for the onboarding, qualification, and coaching of your employees

You analyze and optimize our production processes with regard to Lean Production, CIP (Continuous Improvement Process), and 5S
-
You represent us as a brand ambassador externally, generating enthusiasm and curiosity for Tesla in conversations with potential employees, customers, and stakeholders

You have a trade or technical vocational qualification with further training as a Master Technician / Technician

You have relevant experience in maintenance within a production environment, including in industries outside of automotive

You bring a hands-on mentality and a willingness to work in shifts (7 days a week)

You are enthusiastic (and make us enthusiastic!) about new trends in production and develop creative solutions to improve processes and resolve problems

You communicate at eye level with your team and have an empathetic sensitivity, with which you can positively influence the work performance of each team member

You speak and understand German; additional English is desirable
