Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Lead workshops and facilitate discussions with business and technical teams.

Design and optimize portfolio management, project management, demand management, and resource management processes.

Translate business requirements into ServiceNow SPM solutions.

Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM.

Experience with strategic portfolio, project, and demand management processes.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluent German (C1) and English.
