Digital Business Innovation within ZDP is a cross-functional team that builds digital solutions, implements new business models, and drives strategic digital programs. We apply customer-centric methodologies like Design Thinking and Voice of the Customer and combine those with our business and strategy acumen.
Lead end-to-end innovation projects
Translate business and user needs into scalable, innovative digital solutions
Drive strategic initiatives for customer- and user-centric innovation
Inform UX and business strategy through research and insights
Manage multiple projects and ensure high-quality delivery
Align stakeholders across complex domains
Scale and apply methods like Strategic Research, Lean Innovation, and Design Thinking
Act as a trusted UX strategy partner across domains
Ensure strong collaboration across teams
Support hiring, capability building, and network growth
Master’s in humanities, psychology, design/user research or equivalent
Serveral years in strategy, research, and innovation
Strong track record of turning insights into products/MVPs
Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research and strategy
Solid knowledge of product development, agile, and digital ecosystems
Hands-on experience with Design Thinking & Lean Innovation
Familiar with AI, data-driven products, and emerging tech E
Experience working in cross-functional teams (design, business, tech)
Strong storytelling and stakeholder management
Entrepreneurial mindset (startup experience is a plus)
Fluent in English & German
