- You design and optimize ports, intermodal and logistics facilities of all kinds
- You support the conceptualisation and implementation of automation projects, contributing hands-on expertise to innovative logistics solutions
- You analyse, define and optimize operational processes
- You maintain and expand our customer's network
- You win new projects and acquire new customers
- You work on global projects in an interdisciplinary team
- You develop our services and solutions further in line with market requirements
- You successfully completed a university degree in logistics, economics, engineering or comparable qualifications
- You have several years of experience in the port, intermodal and logistics industry, particularly in the areas of planning and optimisation. Advanced skills in MS Excel are fundamental, enabling you to analyse complex datasets, develop business cases and support data-driven decision-making.
- You have experience in project management and initial practical experience in process optimisation and modelling
Experience in conceptualising and implementing automation projects is beneficial
- You have an independent, analytical and conceptual approach with a strong customer focus
- You show self-initiative and have a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team in complex environments
- You have strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- You demonstrate very good written and spoken English; knowledge of German and other foreign languages is advantageous
- You are willing to travel worldwide
