About The Role
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for growing software sales across an assigned territory by winning new business and expanding existing customer accounts. This role leads consultative sales cycles, builds strong customer relationships, and works closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that support customer success and revenue growth.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Create and execute territory and account plans
- Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and proposal discussions
- Work closely with internal teams to support the sales process
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasts
- Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Support regional go-to-market and sales strategy activities
What You Bring
- Experience in enterprise software sales or a similar complex B2B environment
- Proven success in managing full sales cycles and meeting sales targets
- Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Experience selling to senior leaders and large organisations
- Ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts and territories
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage complex sales discussions with business and technical audiences
- Good understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in packaging, print, corrugated, ERP, MIS, or MES software is a plus
- Business-level English required
- Willingness to travel as needed
