Für unseren Geschäftsbereich Food & Beverage suchen wir an unserem Produktionsstandort in Haan einen motivierten operativen Einkäufer Produktion (m/w/d) mit technischem Verständnis und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des operativen Einkaufs für einen definierten Produktbereich
- Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und wirtschaftlichen Materialversorgung unserer Produktion
- Disposition von Einkaufsbedarfen sowie Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Beständen
- Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Lieferantenbeziehungen im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Entwicklung und weiteren Fachbereichen
- Pflege und Optimierung von Stammdaten im ERP-System
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Unterstützung bei Qualitäts- und Wareneingangsthemen
- Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Einkaufs- und Planungsprozessen
- Perspektivische Übernahme von Aufgaben in der Produktionsplanung
Damit überzeugen Sie uns:
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Sie bringen technisches Verständnis mit und haben Interesse an den Zusammenhängen zwischen Einkauf, Produktion und Materialfluss
- Erste Erfahrungen im Einkauf, in der Disposition oder Produktionsplanung sind wünschenswert – wir geben auch motivierten Berufseinsteigern eine Chance
- Sie arbeiten sicher mit MS Office und haben idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP- oder MRP-Systemen
- Sie denken analytisch, handeln pragmatisch und behalten auch bei mehreren Themen gleichzeitig den Überblick
- Sie kommunizieren klar und verbindlich – sowohl mit Lieferanten als auch mit internen Ansprechpartnern.
- Deutsch beherrschen Sie sicher, Englisch können Sie im beruflichen Alltag anwenden
